Service Programs

The focus of Cypress-Woodlands Junior Forum is community service. There are three ways to donate to CWJF service activities:

• Funds may be designated to the Service Endowment Fund. This fund is invested so when fully funded, it will earn enough interest annually to enable us to maintain our signature programs without depleting our general funds.
• Designating funds for signature programs is the second way to donate to CWJF service activities. All our service programs provide the opportunity for our members to interact with the community on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. However, we have developed two (3) signature programs: Forum Friends, BookSmart, and Baxter the Bookworm which are solely supported by CWJF. The other service programs are joint efforts with community organizations such as Northwest Assistance Ministries and Interfaith of The Woodlands.
• Donations may be made to our service programs in general. These donations will be distributed based on need as determined by the budget committee.
